General Description and Main Features
The ECO-38 dyeing machine has a »J«-shape box storage chamber for holding textile material being processed. The liquor ratio is achieved at a low rate of 1:5 at full load. The textile material that does not require high temperature treatment can be treated by the ECO-38. The tube capacity for most average types of material is 250 kg/tube. Other tube capacity from 120 kg/tube ~ 200 kg/tube is available for the material when the process of which is dependent on the turn around time.
Wetted parts of the machine are constructed in stainless steel. Adaptive FUZZY logic provides accurate temperature control eliminating excessive overshoot and resulting in saving of steam and cooling water.
The machine completes the dyeing process within 316 minutes with the aid of SUPER functions.
