Enzyme Bleach Wash:
In previous article we have read flow chart of enzyme wash and flow chart of bleach wash. In this article I will give flowchart of enzyme-bleach wash. In this flowchart I will use 60 pcs garments and 400 litre water.

Step 01: Desizing

Water is added (400 Lt)

Garments are added

Machine started running

500 gm Soda Ash added

500 gm Caustic Soda added

200 gm Bio. D added

Steam to raise temp 60°C

Process time 25 minutes

Drop liquor

Wash down twice


Step 02: Enzyme Wash

Water is added (400 Lt)

Machine started running

200 ml liquid, 400 gm powder type Enzyme added

150 ml Acetic Acid Added

200 gm Anti back added

10 Kg Peumic Stone added

Steam to raise temp 50°C

Process time 60 minutes

Drop liquor


Step 03: Bleaching

Water is added (400 Lt)

Machine started running

4 Kg KCI (35% Cl2) added

500 gm Soda Ash added

Steam to raise temp 60°C

Process time 10 minutes

Drop liquor


Step 04: Neutral Wash

Water is added (400 Lt)

Machine started running

500 gm Hypo sulphide added

Steam to raise temp 45°C

Process time 10 minutes

Drop liquor


Step 05: Tinting

Water is added (400 Lt)

Machine started running

0.02% Direct Brown GTL & 0.01% Direct Black V-200 added

4 Kg Salt added

Steam to raise temp 70°C

Process time 20 minutes

Check Shade

Drop the liquor


Step 06: Drying

Garments are then taken out

Hydro extracted

Send to dryer for drying of garments.
